Version 3.4a

Removed code that caused some problems with the Control commands.
Rewrote a portion of the Restart Macro Express command in order to increase its reliability on Win9X. Also added a warning label to the command's dialog to indicate that it might not be 100% stable on that platform.
Fixed a bug where the Web FTP command would bring up the wrong location if the ftp:// portion of the address was in the address. It worked if it was left out.
Fixed a bug with the MeProc program that prevented playable macros and some shortcuts to no longer function.
Fixed a bug where the Insert Command Before, After and End options were disabled.
