Insight Software Solutions, Inc. respects your right to personal privacy and confidentiality. We have created this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to privacy.

Information Collection and Use

Insight Software Solutions is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, rent, share or provide your private information to other firms or individuals. Currently, information is collected on our web sites from several different sources: 1) orders, 2) bug reports, 3) feature requests and 4) subscription lists.

Orders
We require information from the user on our product order forms, such as contact information (name, address, telephone number) and credit card information. The information we collect is used to process and fulfill your order. We maintain the information you provide in a customer database (except for credit card information) to have record that you are a licensed customer for sending upgrade notices and providing support. This information may also be used to contact the user in case of problems with the order. We do not maintain a database of personal credit card information.

Bug Reports, Feature Requests
We ask for basic name and email information so we can request additional information if necessary. We may also contact you when a bug you reported is fixed or a feature you requested is implemented.

Email Newsletters
The Macro Express News and What's New at Insight Software Solutions email newsletters are used to notify subscribers of updates or enhancements to Macro Express or our other products. Subscribers must opt in to receive these email newsletters. The only information required is an email address. Users may opt out of this service at any time by unsubscribing to our email notification service.

Links to Other Web Sites

Insight Software Solutions' websites contain links to other Internet sites. We encourage all of our partners, contributors and third party links to implement policies and practices that respect the privacy of our visitors. However, Insight Software Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.

We do not use cookies to track any personally identifiable information. Cookies may be used when ordering online to store shopping cart information.

Parents

Insight Software Solutions has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under thirteen years of age. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us at info@wintools.com if you would like this information deleted from our records. We will make all reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our databases.
